ASOMATAV's new collection of a season spring-summer 2020 is filled with images of traditional Georgian costume, romance of the melodic duduk and legends of the Caucasus mountains. Defiantly strict lines of male Circassian and subtly feminine Kartuli dress take on a new form of elegant dresses, jackets and trousers in interpretation of Natia Gvenetadze
In the ASOMATAV spring-summer 2020 collection Natia focuses on femininity. Therefore, in the new season, in addition to black, preference was given to shades of pink. The designer reminds us that love makes a person kinder and more able to see true values in life.
The fitted dress, inspired by the traditional Georgian kartuli, in the new collection is complemented by voluminous sleeves and a strict stand-up collar. The male Chokha became the prototype for a deliberately strict tuxedo dress with sleeve cuts is available in mini and midi length. A fur cloak - an integral part of the wardrobe of Georgian highlanders - is a vivid image of the fortitude and character of Georgian men.
The heroine of ASOMATAV is not inferior to men in the firmness of her intentions, and wears blouse-caps reminiscent of a courageous burka, complementing the image with high-waisted flared trousers with slots in front. The ASOMATAV's main emphasis of the collection - the signature print - appears in the new pale pink color in the new collection.
